With more than two decades of health care sales and marketing leadership with Global Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Corporations, April launched IKON Healthcare to address an imminent healthcare industry need for alternative sales solutions.
Working as commercial leader, national sales manager and general manager, April championed a multi-channel sales strategy - recruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring contract sales organizations both directly and indirectly for more than10 years.
Responding to consulting request from industry leaders seeking sales strategy advice, guidance, and support; the need for capable, credible, compliant contract sales teams became clear.
